Baha'u'llah and the framework for action of the House of Justice

I'd like to write a series of articles discussing Baha'u'llah's words addressed to the "people of Baha," and how the framework for action that is being promoted by the House of Justice might be used by the people of Baha to serve His purposes. Then I would invite some popular Baha'i bloggers to look through those articles for ideas they can use in their blogs.
